Offer

As soon as we receive your enquiry we will make an offer with all important details by e-mail, fax or mail.

The offer is open for 5 working days starting from the quoted date, i.e. the property is provisionally reserved for you for the next 5 working days.

If you want to accept our offer, please confirm it by telephone or in writing within the validity period of the offer. At the same time please transfer free of charge by post office or bank the deposit of 20 % of the total rent to our bank account. The bank, account number, as well as the exact amount of the deposit are mentioned in our offer. We do not accept credit cards.

After receipt of the deposit we will send you the confirmation of reservation. After receipt of this confirmation of reservation the agreement is concluded.

Terms of Agreement

1.      The renter can book the property by telephone, in writing, by fax or on the Internet. On receipt of the verbal or written (incl. e-mail) confirmation and payment of deposit, the renter accepts the agreement with Free Concept eas free concept gmbh (the agent). From that point on, the rights and obligations under this agreement will apply to the renter and to the agent.

2.      In accordance with the confirmation of reservation the agent reserves the appropriate property for the desired period.

3.      The renter represents the persons specified in the enquiry.

4.      The renter commits him/herself to pay the deposit of 20 % of the total rent as well as the payment of balance of 80 % of the total rent to the appropriate account. If payments are not made at the proper time, the agreement becomes invalid with immediate effect. The details for the transfer are noted on the offer.

5.      The deposit of 20 % of the rent is not refundable.

6.      If the renter withdraw from the agreement, it will be charged with the following cancellation fees:
Until 45 days before commencement of rental: 20%
44 - 30 days before commencement of rental: 50%
29 - 2 days before commencement of rental: 80%
of the total rental amount. The renter is responsible for the cancellation cost insurance.

7.      The costs for airport transfer (taxi), possible air conditioning and rates of rental cars are the responsibility of the renter and have to be paid directly.

8.     The Standard Contract Terms and Conditions are an integral component of this agreement.

9.      The agent does not assume any liability and responsibility except the obligations regulated explicitly in this agreement. All remaining liabilities and responsibilities are to be regulated between the renter and the landlord directly.

10.   Place of jurisdiction is Zurich/Switzerland.
