The booking procedure for a holiday home is as follows.

1. Complete the enquiry form on the screen and provide us with the desired time period and Villa. You may also provide alternative dates.
   
2. We will send you by mail, fax or post a rental quotation valid for 5 working days. If the desired villa/apartment  is already booked for the given dates we will suggest alternatives.
   
3. You should confirm the booking to us by mail, fax or post before the expiry date and at the same time transfer to our bank account a reservation fee of 20% of the rental charge.
   
4. When the reservation fee has been received we will send you a confirmation of the reservation.
   
5. Our Agreement as well as the General Contractual Conditions are part of the reservation confirmation.
